COVID-19

ACE would like to share with our valued customers the efforts we are taking to ensure their continued safety, health and well being. Our employees and customer remain our top priority.

We have implemented new policies and procedures for enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of all our aircraft, including the seats, interior panels and cockpits. In addition to this, we will be initiating all CDC/FAA guidelines for screening of passengers both prior to takeoff and during flight. Our crews will be provided the equipment and training to be able to comply with the requirements of risk screening for denied boarding and the handling and isolation of sick passengers should they show signs or symptoms during the flight.

ACE is also following CDC and State of Alaska Department of Health and Social Services recommendations in protecting our employees and also our customers from high risk behavior. ACE personnel who have traveled out of the State of Alaska are being required to quarantine themselves for 14 days prior to returning to work. Upon return to work, they will be screened on their recent history and status.

ACE initiated daily cleaning and disinfecting of our building and front counter/customer area starting two weeks ago and upgraded the disinfecting protocol in our front counter/customer area to multiple times a day. We will be encouraging a social distancing policy in all of our customer areas for their protection.

As all of us continue through this challenging time, we want to assure everyone of our commitment to their safety. Please take care of yourselves and your loved ones.
