Effective January 1, 2023, our freight rates increased $0.05/pound & all ACEPAK’s are subject to Fuel Surcharges

On November 1st, 2023 our FSC will change from 41% to 36%

36% Fuel Surcharge effective 11/01/2023

ACE uses a one-month average of the MOPS Pipeline Jet-a Platts as reported by ACE’s

primary fuel supplier, to calculate the surcharge. The fuel surcharge is reviewed and adjusted

at least monthly or more often if appropriate. Changes to the surcharge will be effective without

notice. Please feel free to contact me directly to discuss this company’s fuel surcharge policy

and the method we use to calculate it.

Exception Rates

Exception rates will be applied to bulky items or to shipments that require special handling. The exception rate is applied to the general freight rate. This becomes the rate used to calculate the freight charges. Human remains and live animals require prior notification. Please call Customer Service for any questions you may have on exception rated items Dimensional weight may apply.

• Hazardous Materials Fee: $25 per airway bill
• C.O.D. Fee: $15 per C.O.D.
